56M Registration—application for approval of transfer
(1)
A registered person (except a person whose registration is suspended), and a person to whom it is proposed to transfer the registration, may jointly apply for approval of the transfer.
(2)
The application must be accompanied by the registration certificate.
(3)
The Minister may, by written notice, require the proposed transferee to provide stated additional information about the application.
