56U Registration—inspection
A registered person must ensure that—
(a)
the registration certificate is available for inspection by an authorised officer, at any reasonable time, at premises where the registered activity is carried on; and
(b)
any records associated with the registration or conduct of the registered activity are available for inspection by an authorised officer, at any reasonable time, at premises where the activity is carried on.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
