52 Surrender of approval for sports bookmaking venue
(1)
A race bookmaker may, by written notice to the commission, surrender an approval under section 49 (Issue or refusal of approval for sports bookmaking venue).
(2)
The surrender of an approval takes effect when the commission receives the notice of surrender or, if a later date of effect is stated in the notice, on that date.
