Application of pt 4

In force

Part 4 (Licences generally) applies to an approval (including an application for, and issue or refusal of, an approval) under this part as if—

(a)

a reference to an application for a licence were a reference to an application for an approval; and

(b)

a reference to a licence were a reference to an approval.
