62 Dealings with prohibited radiation source
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person intentionally deals with a prohibited radiation source.
Maximum penalty: 2 000 penalty units, 7 years imprisonment or both.
(2)
This section does not apply to any action in accordance with section 45 (Disposal etc of prohibited radiation source).
