Application to remove retirement village notice from land titles register

(1)

A person may apply in writing to the registrar-general for a notice under section 42 to be removed from the land titles register.

(2)

The registrar-general must remove the notice from the register if satisfied that—

(a)

there are no residential premises on the land to which the notice relates that are the subject of a village contract; and

(b)

there are no amounts outstanding that are payable under a village contract relating to residential premises on the land to which the notice relates.
