14E Maximum amount of extended time allowed—Act, s 29 (5)

The maximum amount of time the administering authority may allow on an application under section 14C or section 14D is as follows:

(a)

for an application to extend the time to do a thing mentioned in the Act, section 26 (2)—6 months;

(b)

for an application to extend the time to do a thing mentioned in the Act, section 28 (2)—6 months.
