5 Infringement notice offences—Act, dict, def infringement notice offence
An infringement notice offence is an offence mentioned in schedule 1 for which column 5 of the item applying to the offence contains—
(a)
an infringement penalty; or
(b)
for an offence against the Heavy Vehicle National Law (ACT)—
(i)
an infringement penalty; or
(ii)
the text ‘HVINO’.
