45 Master licensee not to employ unlicensed people
(1)
A person who holds a master licence or master temporary visitor licence commits an offence if—
(a)
the person employs a person to carry on a security activity; and
(b)
the employee is not licensed to carry on the security activity.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
