19 Oath or affirmation of office—judges
Before exercising the functions of office, a judge shall take or make—
(a)
an oath or affirmation in accordance with schedule 1, part 1.1; or
(b)
an oath or affirmation in accordance with schedule 1, part 1.2;
before another judge, a justice of the High Court or a judge of the Federal Court.
