55 Totalisator advertising
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person publishes, or causes to be published, an advertisement that is directly related to the conduct of a totalisator; and
(b)
the advertisement contravenes the code of practice.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
In this section:
publish includes disseminate by oral, visual, written, electronic or other way.
