58 Accepting bet in contravention of rules or Act
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person is a licensee or an employee or agent of a licensee; and
(b)
the person accepts a bet that is in contravention of the totalisator rules or this Act.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
