Selling etc ticket in relation to bet

In force

A person commits an offence if—

(a)

the person sells, or offers to sell, a ticket or receipt purporting to be issued by a licensee in relation to a bet; and

(b)

the person is not authorised by the licensee to sell, or offer to sell, the ticket or receipt.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 12 months or both.
