20 Clearances from aerial conductors—flammable materials
This section does not apply to a structure to which section 19 applies.
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, place or keep timber or other flammable material vertically below an aerial conductor.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, place or keep timber or other flammable material too close to an aerial conductor.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
Timber or other flammable material is too close to an aerial conductor if at any time it is within the minimum distance from any part of the conductor worked out in accordance with table 20.
