17 Ministerial guidelines
(1)
The Minister may make guidelines about—
(a)
the matters that an assessment committee must or may consider under sections 13 to 16; and
(b)
other guidance to assist an assessment committee or internal review committee to exercise their functions under this Act.
(2)
A guideline is a disallowable instrument.
