Applicant to be given any other information obtained by committee

In force

(1)

This section applies to—

(a)

any information relied upon by an assessment committee under section 18 (1); and

(b)

any information obtained by an assessment committee through consultation under section 18 (2); and

(c)

any submissions received under section 22.

(2)

The committee must give the applicant—

(a)

a copy of the information or submission; and

(b)

a reasonable period of time in which to consider the information and make any changes to their application.
