35 Definitions—pt 6
In this part:
interested party—see section 36.
internally reviewable decision means a decision made by an assessment committee—
to refuse to consider an application further under section 19 (2); or
for an application in relation to a general treatment plan—
to refuse the application under section 23 (1) (b) (ii); or
to impose a condition on an approval under section 23 (3) (b); or
for an application in relation to an individual treatment plan—
to refuse the application under section 26 (1) (b); or
to impose a condition on an approval under section 26 (3); or
to revoke a general treatment plan under section 24 (2).
internal review notice—see the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, section 67B (1).
reviewable decision means a decision by an internal review committee under section 39 (1).
