37 Application for internal review
(1)
An interested party may apply, in writing, to the president for review of an internally reviewable decision.
(2)
The application for internal review must—
(a)
state the name and contact details of the interested party; and
(b)
set out the interested party’s reasons for making the application.
(3)
The application for internal review must be given to the president within 28 days after the day the interested party is given the internal review notice for the decision.
(4)
The making of an application for review of an internally reviewable decision does not affect the operation of the decision.
