105 Registrar—functions
(1)
The registrar—
(a)
is responsible for the management of the board’s affairs, subject to any direction given by the board; and
(b)
must advise the board; and
(c)
has any other function given to the registrar under a territory law.
(2)
The registrar may delegate a function given to the registrar under a territory law to a public servant.
