106 Employment of staff etc
(1)
The board may engage the people, or buy the services, that are necessary or desirable to help it to exercise its functions.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the board may engage a person on a fee or contractual basis to provide advice or other assistance.
Note
Person includes a corporation (see Legislation Act, dict, pt 1).
