107 Committees
(1)
The board may establish 1 or more committees to assist it to exercise its functions.
(2)
Not all members of the board need be members of a committee.
(3)
The board or the committee may decide—
(a)
how the committee is to exercise its functions; and
(b)
the procedure to be followed for meetings of the committee.
