11 Person pretending to be registered veterinary practitioner
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person pretends to be a registered veterinary practitioner; and
(b)
the person is not a registered veterinary practitioner.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
(2)
Strict liability applies to subsection (1) (b).
