15 Restriction on recovery of fees or charges if not registered
(1)
This section applies if a person carries out a restricted act of veterinary science and the person is not—
(a)
a registered veterinary practitioner holding—
(i)
general registration; or
(ii)
specialist registration; or
(b)
the registration holder of registered veterinary premises.
(2)
The person is not entitled to recover any fee or charge for doing the restricted act of veterinary science.
