30 Notifying board about second request
(1)
Within 4 business days after the day an individual’s coordinating practitioner receives a second request, the coordinating practitioner must give the board a copy of the request.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
