31 Meaning of final assessment requirements
For this Act, an individual meets the final assessment requirements if—
(a)
the individual has decision-making capacity in relation to voluntary assisted dying; and
(b)
the individual’s decision to access voluntary assisted dying is made voluntarily and without coercion.
