32 Making final request
(1)
An individual who has made a second request may make a further request to their coordinating practitioner for access to voluntary assisted dying (a final request).
(2)
The request must be—
(a)
clear and unambiguous; and
(b)
made personally by the individual.
(3)
The request may be made in writing or orally, or by communicating in any other way the individual can.
