34 Notifying board about final request
(1)
Within 4 business days after the day an individual makes a final request, the individual’s coordinating practitioner must—
(a)
prepare a written report of receiving the final request (the final request report) that includes any information prescribed by regulation; and
(b)
give the board a copy of the final request report.
Maximum penalty (paragraph (b)): 20 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
