64 Receiving and possessing approved substances after change of administration decision—administering practitioner
(1)
This section applies if an individual changes their administration decision under section 43 (1) (a).
(2)
The individual’s administering practitioner may—
(a)
receive an approved substance from the individual for a purpose mentioned in section 66 (2); and
(b)
possess the approved substance for a purpose mentioned in section 66 (2).
