76 Offence—inducing self-administration of approved substance
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person, dishonestly or by coercion, induces an individual into self‑administering an approved substance.
Maximum penalty: imprisonment for 7 years.
(2)
In this section:
dishonest—a person’s conduct is dishonest if—
(a)
the person’s conduct is dishonest according to the standards of ordinary people; and
(b)
the person knows that the conduct is dishonest according to those standards.
