18 Requirements for couriers supplying approved substance—Act, s 60 (6)
A courier who delivers a package containing an approved substance under the Act, section 60 (5) (c)—
must not open or otherwise interfere with the package or its contents; and
must, when delivering the substance, obtain written notice from the person to whom the substance is delivered (a delivery confirmation) that—
states the courier gave the substance to the person; and
is signed and dated by the person to whom the substance was given; and
must give the delivery confirmation to the approved supplier for whom they delivered the substance.
In this section:
interfere with a package or its contents includes—
damaging or destroying the package or its contents; and
spoiling or contaminating the contents of the package.
