20 Requirements for couriers—Act, s 60 (10), def courier
The person must be—
(a)
a health practitioner; and
(b)
a public servant working in Canberra Health Services.
21 Information for written notice about original administering practitioner giving approved substance to new administering practitioner—Act, s 65 (6)
The following information is prescribed:
(a)
the name, business address and telephone number of the new administering practitioner;
(b)
the day the original administering practitioner gave the approved substance to the new administering practitioner.
