31 Application to be registered
(1)
A person may apply to the waste manager to be registered as a waste transporter.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
include any information prescribed by regulation.
Note Giving false or misleading information is an offence against the Criminal Code, s 338.
