35 Waste transporter must display registration number
(1)
A registered waste transporter must, within 30 days after being told the waste transporter’s registration number, display the number clearly and permanently on any vehicle used by the registered waste transporter for transporting waste.
(2)
A regulation may prescribe requirements for the display of a registration number.
