Wages, collision: security for costs

In force

The master, or a member of the crew, of a ship who is a plaintiff in a proceeding:

(a)

of the kind mentioned in paragraph 4(3)(t) of the Act; or

(b)

for loss of goods in a collision between 2 or more ships;

must not be required to give security for costs.
