Taxation of Marshal’s costs and expenses

In force

(1)

Unless the court orders otherwise, the Marshal’s costs and expenses are not subject to taxation.

(2)

If the Marshal’s costs and expenses are taxed under an order, the taxing officer must allow all the Marshal’s costs and expenses other than those costs and expenses that the taxing officer considers have been incurred unreasonably or otherwise than in good faith.
