33 Appointment

(1)

The Chief Executive Officer is to be appointed by the Board by written instrument, on a full‑time basis.

(1A)

Before appointing the Chief Executive Officer, the Board must consult the Minister.

(2)

An appointed Board member is not eligible for appointment as the Chief Executive Officer.

(3)

The appointment of a person as Chief Executive Officer is not invalid because of a defect or irregularity in connection with the person’s appointment.
