42 Disclosure of interests

(1)

The Chief Executive Officer must give written notice to the Board of all direct or indirect financial interests that the Chief Executive Officer has or acquires in any business or in any body corporate carrying on any business.

(2)

Subsection (1) applies in addition to section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests).
