6 Determinations, approvals, exemptions etc. by APVMA
(1)
If a provision of this Code refers to a determination made, approval or exemption given or other thing done by the APVMA and there is no other provision of this Code expressly authorising the APVMA to make such a determination, give such an approval or exemption or do such a thing, the APVMA is authorised by this section to make such a determination, give such an approval or exemption or do such a thing either unconditionally or subject to conditions.
(2)
The APVMA may at any time vary or revoke a determination made, approval or exemption given, or other thing done, by it under subsection (1).
