8 Labels attached to containers
(1)
For the purposes of this Code, a label is attached to a container if the label is securely attached or affixed to, appears on, or is included with, the container.
(2)
For the purposes of this Code but without limiting the generality of subsection (1):
(a)
writing appearing on a container is taken to have been written on a label attached to the container; and
(b)
a reference to a label attached to a container includes a reference to writing appearing on the container; and
(c)
a reference to attaching a label to a container includes a reference to putting writing on the container.
