52 Record of supply of hormonal growth promotant—general requirements
For the purposes of regulations 49, 50 and 51, a record must be made:
(a)
in written or electronic form; and
(b)
in such a way as to be readily accessible for the purposes of Parts 9 and 9A of the Code (which deal with investigative powers and enforcement).
