8AT APVMA may provide pre‑application assistance
(1)
A person may apply to the APVMA for assistance (pre‑application assistance) in preparing or making an application to the APVMA under the Code or these Regulations.
(2)
If a person makes an application for pre‑application assistance in accordance with subregulation (1), the APVMA may provide the pre‑application assistance.
Note:
Regulation 69B prescribes the fees payable for pre‑application assistance.
