96 Application of amendments
The amendments of subregulation 71A(1) made by Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Amendment (Cost Recovery and Other Measures) Regulations 2025 apply in relation to an application that is made on or after the commencement of this regulation.
