184 Regulations about approvals

(1)

The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the following:

(a)

the grant of approvals authorising controlled activities to be carried out in relation to prescribed airspace;

(b)

conditions of such approvals;

(c)

revocation, variation or surrender of such approvals;

(d)

fees in respect of applications for such approvals.

(2)

The regulations may provide that approvals must not be granted in respect of particular kinds of controlled activities.
