185 Offence of contravening conditions

(1)

A person commits an offence if:

(a)

the person has been granted an approval under regulations made for the purposes of this Division; and

(b)

the person engages in conduct, whether before or after completion of the controlled activity concerned; and

(c)

the person’s conduct contravenes a condition of the approval.

Penalty: 250 penalty units.

(2)

Strict liability applies to paragraph (1)(a).
