43 Person must notify Authority if the person becomes a project proponent for a major project
(1)
If a person becomes a project proponent for a major project, the person must:
(a)
notify the Authority that the person has become a project proponent for the project; and
(b)
do so within 60 days after becoming a project proponent.
(2)
A notification under subsection (1) must:
(a)
be in a form approved, in writing, by the Authority; and
(b)
be accompanied by such information as is specified in the legislative rules.
