44 Providing staff to be used in pathology services
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person is a pathology practitioner; and
(b)
the person provides nursing or other staff at the premises of another practitioner (whether the staff are present full‑time, part‑time or from time to time); and
(c)
the person intends the staff to be used in taking pathology specimens in respect of treatment under this Act.
Penalty: 120 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
