60 Quarterly reports
As soon as practicable after the end of each quarter, the CEO must prepare and give to the Minister a report on the operations during that quarter of:
the CEO; and
ARPANSA; and
the Council, the Radiation Health Committee and the Nuclear Safety Committee.
The report must include details of the following:
directions given by the Minister during the quarter under section 16;
directions given by the CEO during the quarter under section 41;
improvement notices given by inspectors during the quarter under section 80A.
The report must include details of any breach of licence conditions by a licensee during the quarter, of which the CEO is aware.
The report must include details of all reports received by the CEO during the quarter under paragraph 20(f) or 26(1)(d).
The report must include a list of all facilities licensed under Part 5 during the quarter.
The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of the day on which the report was given to the Minister.
In this section:
quarter means a period of 3 months beginning on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October of any year.
