61 Reports to Parliament
(1)
The CEO may at any time cause a report about matters relating to the CEO’s functions to be tabled in either House of the Parliament.
(2)
If a serious accident or malfunction occurs at a nuclear installation, the CEO must cause a report about the incident to be tabled in each House of the Parliament no later than 3 sitting days after the incident occurs.
(3)
The CEO must give a copy of the report to the Minister.
