31 Certain records obtained under a warrant to be destroyed

Where:

(a)

by virtue of a warrant under this Division, a record or copy has been made;

(b)

the record or copy is in the possession or custody, or under the control, of the Organisation; and

(c)

the Director‑General is satisfied that the record or copy is not required for the purposes of the performance of functions or exercise of powers under this Act;

the Director‑General shall cause the record or copy to be destroyed.
