46 Procedure at hearings
(1)
A hearing must be held in public except in the circumstances set out in subsection (2).
(2)
If the Ombudsman reasonably believes that it is in the public interest not to hold the hearing, or a part of it, in public the Ombudsman may:
(a)
direct that the hearing, or that part of it, take place in private; and
(b)
give directions as to who may be present.
